we all have some type of goal in life, because we all have a purpose. when you become more concious about it, you don't become a robot - you’re still a human being. and sometimes it is just difficult to re-align to your purpose - whether you drunk too much alcohol for days straight or stopped exercising (or even both). the things that most work to me:
- don't beat yourself up, and don't let it dominate you;
- meditate, practice breath observation, empty your mind;
- keep moving your body (even if it's 10min/day);
- make little changes, don't try to do everything at once, you'll get overwhelmed and that doesn't help at all.
all those things may seem too cliche, but it doesn't actually matter, if you practice them you'll see how fast and beautifully they work.
